Lining this coastline town, is a promenade with a view of the enchanting historical capital city of Valletta. The area is a major residential and commercial area and is full of life both day and night.

Be it breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply a quick snack there countless open-air restaurants, bars and cafes less than a minute away. And if you’re not up for that, you can always enjoy a jog or a romantic stroll on the promenade.

The Sliema front offers you the opportunity to access all of Malta’s treasures. What we’re sure of is that your mode of transport of preference is available just across the road - public transport, shared mobility such as e-cars, e-scooters or bikes, and even boats. Boat tours to the capital city of Valletta, the Three Cities, Comino and even Gozo depart multiple times a day from the Sliema promenade. Visiting Valletta or St. Julians by public bus is a mere 15 minutes away. But if you’re more inclined of enjoying the nearby surroundings, there is ample opportunity for fun – from shopping designer brands to spending time by the sea on a rocky beach.

Youths

The main hub of nightlife in Malta is only a 10 minute bus ride away. Paceville (St. Julians) is well-known for its nightlife with a vast selection of night clubs and bars which are open throughout the every night of the week. During the day, options for entertainment are rife in Sliema and the surroundings – day boat tours around the Malta and Comino and sunset boat parties leave the Sliema promenade practically every day. And if ever you feel like spending a relaxing day in Sliema, you can always enjoy the nearby cafes and bars or go for a scooter or bike along the front.

Families with kids

The location of the apartments is such that whatever the need– groceries, pharmaceuticals, clothing - is at your fingertips. And travelling with kids, we know this is more important than everything else. The apartment neighbourhood is a safe zone, with strolls on the promenade ideal for families with young kids. Tigne Point is a 10-minute walk from the apartment – it is an ideal spot for swimming, shopping, and enjoying open spaces in a car-free zone. Walking on for another 5 minutes gets you to a large open-air playfield, where you can spend time with your little ones whilst enjoying the sea views. The capital city of Valletta is only a 15-minute ferry ride away – and mind you, the boat leaves just opposite your apartment – the Sliema front! Accessibility to the rest of the island is only one minute away – various lines go through the nearest bus stop!

Elderly

The apartments offer a no-step access to the promenade opposite. Strolls on the promenade at sunset are very popular, and pavement is wide enough to cater for people of different abilities and ages at the same time. Whether you prefer to dine outdoors or in the air-conditioned indoors, restaurants in Sliema have it all. Whenever you feel like venturing outside of Sliema, you can opt to take the ferry to Valletta or else take the public bus.

Travelers with Pets
